Welcome Fellow Meditator,

Are you looking for the next steps in your meditation journey? Want to go deeper into your practice but not sure how? Wondering if you are doing the right practices or doing the practices “correctly”? Feeling drawn to studying Buddhist philosophy and wisdom teachings as a path of practice?

I have spent the past two decades working with these questions in my own practice, aided by the help of remarkable teachers. How do we move from doing the practice to embodying the practice? What are the keys to developing a truly transformative meditation “habit”?

My sincere aspiration is that the wisdom and insights I’ve gathered on the path may be of service to you, my fellow traveler. That it helps you to cultivate a meditation practice that leads to lasting contentment and peace.

I invite you to explore my offerings and take the next step on your path, wherever that leads you…..

With much love,

Individual & Group Meditation Mentoring

Typically in the Buddhist Traditions, students have teachers or Spiritual Friends who help guide them along the path. In the west, this relationship can sometimes feel hierarchical and uncomfortable.

A mentoring relationship is one in which the Mentor and Mentee meet as equals and engage in a co-creative process guided by traditional Buddhist practices and perspectives and informed by the modern condition.

Scott’s style of mentoring is to offer a bridge between the timeless wisdom of lineage based Buddhism (minus the dogma) and the modern predicaments and challenges you face in your life and personal meditation practice.

"Scott's guidance has opened up space for the emotional wounds and anxieties that previously made meditation seem inaccessible to me.”
