Daylong: Compassion and Resilience in Difficult Times, Saturday March 18th 10am-4pm Against the Stream San Francisco

  • Against the Stream 2701 Folsom Street San Francisco, CA, 94110 United States (map)

We all experience emotional and physical difficulties at various points in our lives. Compassion is not only our ability to bear witness to the difficulties of ourselves and others when they come up, but overtime, it can become the very basis for how we view and hold ourselves within the world. As a result of this we can experience a type of grounded resiliency that can engage challenges with more ease and wisdom. Join us for a day of meditation, Dharma talks, and discussion, accessing and deepening our connection to the compassionate heart.

Cost: $35-75 sliding scale, plus dana (donation) to support the teacher. Scholarships are available. No one turned away for lack of funds.
