Daylong: Compassion and Resilience in Difficult Times: Sunday, March 5, 2017 10:00am-5:00pm

  • Against the Stream 1001 Colorado Avenue Santa Monica, CA, 90401 United States (map)

We all experience emotional and physical difficulties at various points in our lives. Compassion is not only our ability to bear witness to the difficulties of ourselves and others when they come up, but overtime, it can become the very basis for how we view and hold ourselves within the world. As a result of this we can experience a type of grounded resiliency that can engage challenges with more ease and wisdom. Join us for a day of meditation, Dharma talks, and discussion, accessing and deepening our connection to the compassionate heart.
